project life: week 30
So… I’m not dead. I feel a little dead at the moment, but that will hopefully pass in a day or so.
Big announcement: I’m finally caught up on Project Life. I’m still in shock that I’m caught up. I think I was inspired by Olya to finally get all caught up. I will be posting on how I got caught up in the next couple of weeks, so stay tuned.
I kept this week really simple. There wasn’t a lot going on, so I relied on filler cards to supplement my lack of photos. Sometimes it happens that way and you just have to go with the flow. I’m currently obsessed with mango banana smoothies. I’ve been adding vanilla protein powder them and having them for breakfast. Simplicity. I’m also in love with the Headspace app. I really can’t find enough good things to say about it. Again, simplicity.
This week also marked one of the scariest moments in my marriage: seeing my husband in immense pain. Tom had some kind of mutant infection in one of his teeth, causing him to be in an unreal amount of pain. I’ve never seen him like that and I hope I never have to again. I remember crying in relief when his T4s finally kicked in. It was such a horrible day. Luckily, the antibiotics seemed to have smoothed out the problem and hopefully it’s gone for good.
Most of this layout is from the Blush kit. I re-coloured some of the cards to match my photos because that’s how I roll.
